Having been impressed with another product made by Green Woman - I was tempted to try the toothpaste - so far, so good - I'm just cautious because when I tried a green toothpaste in the past, my sensitive teeth got sensitive again, without whatever is put in official toothpaste for sensitive teeth - crossed fingers.
KatyLove this toothpaste, it gives you an amazing feeling after brushing and I'm sure my teeth look whiter. So glad I found this toothpaste and I will recommend to all my friends.
MarieI’m converted to natural toothpaste. My teeth felt so clean and I love the fact it’s in a recyclable/reusable container.
EveSo good! Its hard to find a good consistency natural toothpaste that's not in plastic. I really like how simple it is and it's a much better flavour than the one I was using before. Thanks!
EmilyThis is the best natural toothpaste I've tried so far - it feels like it really scrubs and cleans my teeth and mouth and tastes really good. My teeth feel so clean afterwards and I definitely think it's starting to remove some stains and discolouration too. So good to find a natural toothpaste that works so well for me :)
LizI was given a free sample of Green and White and have used it for about a week. I have noticed a big difference in the colour of my teeth, the stain and tartar removal is amazing. The peppermint and clove flavour is really good. I will definitely use this in future.
OscarAfter trying many different natural toothpastes I finally came across this organic toothpaste at the Green Woman stall in London. I have used their sample and it’s absolutely amazing, the smell and the taste. Highly recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a great toothpaste that benefits your health.

"I’m very interested in your White & Green Mineral Toothpaste, as i have some stomach issues and it looks like one of the few formulas I might tolerate. Before trying it, could I please ask something quite specific? Do you have any information on the abrasivity of your particular formulation — ideally a Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA) value, or any internal or third-party testing that measured how it performs against enamel or dentin? I ask because I understand that abrasivity can vary a lot depending not just on the ingredients, but on their particle size and the way they’re processed and combined, so I’d like to be sure how gentle this specific product is. If no numeric RDA is available, even a brief summary of the testing method or lab findings would be really helpful. Thank you so much for your time — I really appreciate the care you put into keeping your products clean and simple."
Thank you so much for your thoughtful message and interest in our White & Green Mineral Toothpaste - we really appreciate the care you’re taking in choosing a gentle, clean formula.
We don’t have a numeric RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity) value for our toothpaste, as we haven’t commissioned formal abrasivity testing. However, we can share that our Cosmetic Product Safety Report was independently assessed by Oxford Biosciences, who confirmed the formulation as safe and non-irritant for normal use, with all ingredients having a very high margin of safety (above 1,000).
In terms of abrasivity, our formula is naturally mild. It uses finely milled calcium carbonate, kaolin clay, and bicarbonate of soda - all gentle polishing minerals commonly classed as low-abrasive. We avoid harsher silicas or synthetic abrasives entirely. The calcium carbonate and kaolin are food-grade and chosen specifically for their smooth particle size and gentle cleaning action.
While we don’t have a numeric RDA, our formulation would typically fall into the low-abrasive category used for sensitive teeth and enamel-safe products. It’s suitable for everyday use and for those who prefer a natural formula free from foaming agents and chemical whiteners.
We hope this helps you feel confident in trying it, but if you have particular sensitivities or would like to patch-test first, try our free sample, and apply a small amount to a fingertip and gently rub on the enamel surface to check comfort before brushing.
With warm wishes,
The Green Woman Team
