If you’re shopping from outside the UK, you can order The Green Woman products worldwide via our international partner, Lily & Loaf. They stock our full range and provide global delivery.
Q. How quickly do you deliver?
UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. You can find full UK delivery information on our delivery page.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Our Etsy shop also offers additional payment options, including Apple Pay.
Q. Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available through our website, Etsy, selected stockists, and at markets and events.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Q. What does certified organic mean?
Certified organic products are independently verified to meet recognised standards for ingredient sourcing and manufacturing. We work with the Soil Association under the COSMOS Organic standard.
Q. What makes Fit Pit different?
Fit Pit is an aluminium salt free deodorant made using naturally derived ingredients, with certified organic ingredients where applicable. It is handmade in small batches, vegan, and cruelty-free.
Q. Can I be sensitive to natural or organic ingredients?
Yes. Some people may be sensitive to ingredients such as bicarbonate of soda or essential oils. If irritation occurs, we recommend discontinuing use.
Q. How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer weather, products can soften, so keeping them cool will help maintain their consistency.
Q. Can I return my jars?
Yes. We offer a jar return scheme to encourage reuse. You can find more information on our Jar Returns page.

Q. Who are The Green Woman?
The Green Woman is an independent, family-run business founded in England in 2013 by sisters Suzanne and Eve Carnall.
Q. Do you support any causes or initiatives?
We support grassroots environmental work and donate a minimum of 10% of our profits to related initiatives. We also support organisations such as Breast Cancer UK through specific product contributions.
