Scoop a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush using a clean spatula or spoon (or dip the brush directly into the jar if you prefer).

Brush thoroughly for two minutes, morning and night, then rinse as normal.

Shake thoroughly before application. Apply generously before going in the sun. Applying less will reduce the sun protection factor (SPF). Reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep bottle away from children. Whilst sunlight exposure has health benefits, over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Sun cream is not a substitute for limiting sun exposure, especially in infants.
